Agreement to Terms: By using this website and booking services with us, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Please read these terms carefully before booking. If you have already booked, you can request a copy by contacting us. For any inquiries, please contact us.

1. No Refund Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the tour’s commencement ( Yatra Dates 1 May – 30 Sep Each Year)
   • Cancellation requests made after 1st April on any particular year journey will result in zero refund.
2. Token Amount:
   • A minimum of 50% of the token amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. Refund Provisions:
   • 91–365 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost (excluding GST) will be refunded if the full amount has been paid.
   • Less than 91 Days Before Departure: No refunds will be issued.

1. Additional Charges:
   • Extra charges will apply for extended stays on a prorated basis.
2. Itinerary Changes:
   • Itineraries are subject to change based on prevailing conditions.
3. Tents and Accommodation:
   • Tents provide basic facilities for overnight stays, designed for an adventurous experience.
4. Cancellation Requests:
   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Requests made via phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
5. Force Majeure Situations:
   • For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19, natural calamities), 25% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative charge. Remaining amounts will be adjusted for the next year’s pilgrimage.
   • Credit notes are valid until the last date of the following year’s pilgrimage and are non-transferable.
6. Jurisdiction:
   • All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.
7. Refund and Adjustment Conditions:
   • Refunds and adjustments apply only to the same tour, for the same number of persons and duration. Reductions in participant numbers will be treated as cancellations, with no refunds provided.
8. Partially Used Services:
   • No refunds will be provided for partially used or unused services.
9. Tour Nature:
   • The Amarnath Yatra is not a luxury tour. For luxury services, alternative tours are recommended.

• Package costs exclude additional transport or accommodation required due to unforeseen delays.
• Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Refund percentages apply to package prices only.
• Travelers are responsible for timely arrivals and adherence to schedules.
